Book news, finally! I’ve released this Pagan story of lost forests and self discovery over on amazon as a paperback - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ghosts-Lost-Forest-Nimue-Brown/dp/B0CWKW9ZP8
You can get the ebook for free in my ko-fi store (or pay what you like if you’re feeling flush) https://ko-fi.com/s/9be360746d
I’ve also made a little recording in which I talk about the book a little and read an excerpt -
and, because some of my friends are quick of the mark, there are already reviews - Steven C Davis reviewed it on Goodreads while Mark Hayes has reviewed it on his blog. Mark was a crucial influence on me being able to finish this novel.
There has been more going on than this book, though. Over on the blog I’ve been talking about being in the flow, creating joy through fairy events, the importance of dreaming and the relationship between truth and justice.
I’m very close to finishing the first draft of the hopepunk novel. I’m re-releasing an old book with a new cover - that might be next week. I’m almost certainly working on a new poetry collection for May - I’ve got enough material I just need to tidy it up. I’m also thinking about doing a couple of small, introductory books for people interested in Paganism. There’s been a lot going on with the writing of late, and I feel very inspired at the moment so there’s likely a lot more to come.
To finish up, a bit of me being a fairy in Gloucester last weekend - this is before I got the antlers…
Thank you for this wonderful post and the awen in it. I love your blog posts, too, and your fairy outfits! How is your partner's treatment going? I hope he's feeling better!
