A good mug really is an essential writing tool. I am of course a caffeine addict, dependent on both tea and coffee (although not as dependent as I was now that my blood pressure has stabilised!) So, here’s the cheery new addition to my workspace. I’ve also made some bunting, because I like a bit of frivolity.
Currently I’m exploring several new avenues of ghostwriting - one non-fic and one fictional. I should be able to talk about the fictional one because the other people involved are excited to have me in the mix - I may turn out to be more of a co-author than a hidden and secret thing. It’s a pair of books originally written in another language where help is required smoothing up the English.
Pagan Planet (an anthology I edited some years ago) has now sold over a thousand copies, which I’m excited about. You can find out more about that one over here - https://www.collectiveinkbooks.com/moon-books/our-books/pagan-planet
Plotting is well underway for a podcast project I’m planning for this winter. I’m sketching out twelve episodes, and I’m part of a writing team for this one, which is proving really interesting as I’ve not worked as part of a quartet before. More details on this as we go along.
I’m delighted to have David Bridger back on the blog after what’s been a difficult time for him - https://druidlife.wordpress.com/2023/09/11/genius-loci/
This weekend I’m at Folk at the Folk, I’ll be on at 5pm in the Ed Shed - this isn’t any of my usual musical configurations, but we’ve got a cracking set, musical instruments and things that you haven’t heard any of us do before.
I love that mug! 💖
Lovely mug and best of luck with your various projects!
